Recipe 1: Turmeric Tea (Video)

1-turmeric and ginger tea wth lemon and coconut oil

1 cup water to 1 teaspoon of turmeric

3 tsp turmeric

2 tspginger

1 tsp black pepper

almond milk or occonut milk works too

Recipe 2: Chicken Breast Fillets

*Dash of salt, ½ tspand pepper, ¾ tsp turmeric, honey

*Seared on both sides about 4 minutes

*Add crushed almonds
